How is my property secured?

Properties are represented as NFTs (digital certificates) that serve as collateral. These are held in smart contracts (automated escrow) and can only be released when loan terms are met or in case of default through proper liquidation procedures.

What happens if a borrower defaults?

Our smart contracts include automated default detection and liquidation procedures. A designated liquidation agent handles the property sale, and proceeds are distributed to lenders according to a pre-defined waterfall structure.

Is this legal and compliant?

Yes. We're building with compliance in mind from day one, including KYC/AML procedures, regulatory advisor partnerships, and proper legal structuring for real estate tokenization. We're working with legal experts to ensure full compliance.

What types of properties are eligible?
